Robot Number 6 was a 4 wheeled autonomous car

This was conceived as a fully autonomous vehicle that follows a scale road layout and also reads and obeys road signs & traffic lights. It was built for the Melexis 2006 competition. Unfortunately this competition also got chopped, but at that stage I had an autonomous vehicle that could sense the road layout and steer the vehicle to follow it, but had not at that time developed the road sign & traffic signals vision system.
